Yes, always. We have been caring for uninsured patients since 2003 and we always will. Our sliding-scale fees mean you pay only what you can afford — from $0 to $150 per visit. No one has ever been turned away for inability to pay.
Visits range from $0 to $150 based on household income. You tell us what you can afford — income verification is optional. If you're insured, we bill your insurance and you pay any applicable copay.
No. Walk-ins are always welcome. We do our best to see walk-in patients the same day. If you call ahead, we can often give you a shorter wait time.
Yes, absolutely. We do not ask about immigration status and we never will. Every person who comes through our door deserves care — full stop.
Yes. Several of our providers and staff are fluent Spanish speakers. We also have patient navigators who speak Somali and Arabic. If you need translation support, let us know when you arrive.
Please do. We love families and see patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Family visits are welcomed — call ahead so we can schedule everyone together.
Come as you are. If you have them: a photo ID, insurance card, and list of any current medications. If you don't have these — that's okay. We'll work with what you have.
That's completely understandable — and it's why we're here. Our providers are trained in compassionate, judgment-free care. Many of our patients haven't had a regular doctor before. We'll start fresh, at your pace.
